Rookies (Ages 7+)
Our Rookies class meets at 3:30 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our goal for our Rookies is to build a strong foundation of athleticism and fitness in a friendly yet competive environment.
We want to introduce our younger athletes to as many variations of as many movements as possible. We teach kids how to squat, lunge, hinge, push, and pull, but we also spend a lot of time teaching kids how to sprint, jump, land, hop, skip, accelerate, decelerate, and change directions. We teach these attributes in a closed setting, but mix in various games and other competitive drills in an open environment to apply what they have learned.
By the time they finish our Rookies program, they will be prepared for whatever fitness or athletic goals they wish to pursue in the future.
